BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE GORAN DRAGIĆ BASKETBALL CAMP 2026,
YOU, AS PARENTS, GUARDIANS OR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, CONFIRM THAT …

 

  • you acknowledge that the main location of the Goran Dragić Basketball Camp is the town of Laško, with the Thermana Park Laško Superior**** hotel, part of which will be exclusively reserved for camp participants, the Thermana pool complex, and the Tri lilije basketball hall. In this hall, training sessions will be organized simultaneously across the width of the hall on three separate courts for three different groups of children.
  • you acknowledge that some activities will take place on outdoor basketball courts and areas in Laško and its surroundings, always under the supervision of the camp’s coaches and/or counselors.
  • you acknowledge that between 135 and 145 children will attend the camp in 2026 and will be divided into eight groups. Each group will consist of 15 to 18 participants with comparable skills and age. Each group of children will be supervised by at least two coaches and at least one counselor.
  • the child will arrive at the camp with valid health insurance – ZZZS.
  • the child will bring a valid health insurance card – ZZZS.
  • the child being registered was born between 2011 and 2017.
  • the participant is healthy and capable of participating in basketball and other sports training and activities.
  • you have informed the camp management in writing about all health, personal, physical, dietary or any other special circumstances of the child that are important for their safe stay during the camp.
  • the child can swim, or you have informed the organizers in writing if the child cannot swim or if their swimming ability is insufficient or they are not fully confident in water.
  • the participant may take part in all camp activities organized by the organizers together with professionally qualified coaches and counselors.
  • the organizer is not responsible for injuries or health issues during the camp.
  • children are responsible for the items they bring with them or receive at the beginning of the camp.
  • you agree that in the event of an injury or urgent medical assistance, you allow the camp organizer to take emergency action or provide first aid.
  • you agree to the publication of video and photo content related to the Goran Dragić Basketball Camp on the websites and social media of the camp, the organizer, the Goran Dragić Foundation (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok), on Goran Dragić’s social channels, the company Spontanzo, sponsors and partners of the Goran Dragić Foundation, and in agreement with the organizer also in media outlets reporting on the camp.
  • the Goran Dragić Basketball Camp will include both basketball and non-basketball activities, with basketball training sessions in the Tri lilije hall taking place twice daily, each lasting at least one and a half hours.
  • you will complete the full payment no later than Monday, May 25, 2026.
  • the camp participant will follow the rules of conduct, the house rules of the Thermana Laško hotel complex and the Tri lilije hall, follow the instructions of organizers, coaches and counselors, and respect all other camp participants.
  • you acknowledge that the organizer has the right, at the expense of the parents, guardians or legal representatives, to exclude a child from the camp early if they behave inappropriately, disrespectfully, violently or offensively. In this case, the organizer is entitled to full payment.
  • you will bring the child to the camp location (Thermana Laško) on Sunday, June 28, and will also arrange transportation home on Saturday, July 4, when the camp ends.
  • you acknowledge that the exact arrival and departure times may be announced later, and the same applies to the detailed daily schedule of the basketball camp.
  • camp registrations open on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 18:00 and will remain open until all spots are filled or no later than Friday, April 24, 2026.
  • you acknowledge that the organizer will accept between 135 and 145 children to the Goran Dragić Basketball Camp in 2026 according to the following system:
    – 65 first registered with completed payment.
    – 45 selected by the organizer.
    – 30 under special conditions (socially disadvantaged participants, sponsors, prize contests, girls).
    – in the event of cancellation by a participant, illness or another extraordinary circumstance, the organizer will prepare a waiting list of registered applicants who have not yet received a place in the camp.
  • you acknowledge that the organizers of the Goran Dragić Basketball Camp are the Goran Dragić Foundation and the company Spontanzo.
  • you will make the payment to the account of the company Spontanzo (SI56 0201 1026 1672 840, reference 00 1200 with the sequential number and the name and surname of your child) or by payment with a Mastercard card.
  • you will receive the invoice after the service has been completed, therefore after July 4, 2026.
